Customer Operations Platform
An existing operations platform I took over and now own across application behavior, data, deployment, and production troubleshooting.

- 12-tab operations workflow

- C# · SQL Server · Azure
Problem
A user-detail screen contained 12 tabs but loaded all tab data before the operator could work. Initial loading was slow, interaction felt blocked, and refreshing one area meant paying the cost of the whole page again.
Change
I moved the page toward independent tab loading with AJAX and caching so operators can start working without waiting for unrelated data. Individual tabs can be refreshed independently, which also makes the operational workflow simpler.
State Safety
For operations that change downstream state, the application does not rely only on stale UI state. It reloads and validates the state before sending the operation, while the downstream API performs its own state validation as a second boundary.
Environment
The web application is deployed to Azure Web App, with VM and SQL-backed services behind it. The wider environment also includes web-accessible SQL and a SQL-based NoSQL/Cosmos data path.
What this demonstrates
End-to-end ownership of an inherited production application, pragmatic performance work, defensive state handling, and improvement without unnecessary platform rewrites.
